Guidewell Financial Solutions Web Copy

As a contract copywriter for LMD (Laurel Marketing & Design), I worked with the agency’s team to create a new website for Guidewell Financial Solutions, a non-profit credit counseling provider that was changing its longtime name and brand. The  new website’s copy needed to assure readers that Guidewell remains the reliable provider it has always been and explain the company’s services in clear and comforting terms. Writing the copy required incorporating the major brand elements, distilling large amounts of information, and doing phone interviews with clients and staff for endorsement comments.
